con / day 1

So I've had a BUSY weekend. I went to the anime convention and had lots of fun, didn't go to many panels but I was dressed up as Utena (Revolutionary Girl Utena) and had a grand total of 24 people ask for pictures. :D

Anyway, I also had my friend staying over the whole weekend and we stayed up together Saturday night, after a full day at the con, to start at midnight for NaNo. Of course we immediately wrote our first lines and...stopped dead.

But it was fun. After many stops and lots of snacking later we went to sleep at just over 1700 words each, just four-five hours in. ^_^

Of course we woke up later for more con stuff, and I nearly fell asleep while sitting through church later. I'd planned to write more today but most likely will just sleep... At least I'm not behind so far!! :D
