So with just over half a month left til NaNo (where this sad excuse for a blog will probably fill with daily reports of my progress :p) I've decided to really gear up on getting ready!! So I'm going to put a list of thing I need to do first, in no real order, to serve as a reminder for the next two weeks.
1. Clean up my room, can't be worrying about any old messes when I'm sitting down to make some new ones.
2. Make sure we stockpile Halloween candy and caffeine, already have plans to not sleep the first night so I know me and friends will be needing these.
3. Get costume ready for the con... That should be resolved as my tailer (AKA Mom :p) says she can do it in no time after tomorrow.
4. Get through first two days of Con, need to be well-rested despite that since NaNo starts midnight after the big Saturday there...
5. Finish looking through giant library book for inspiration and return it so that's out of the way. Focus on worldbuilding and plot points!!!
6. Get more studying done so I won't have to worry so much about that in November...
7. Fill out the calender we got for NaNo with WC goals and stuff in preparation.
8. Mentally prepare myself. Fully immerse myself in the forums and the spirit of it all. :D
I'll probably just go back and edit this as I finish things... Or just post another post, that never hurt anything. Gonna work on some of it now. ^-^
